	Page 3 Never hide from a fire under a bed or in a closet. “You can’t hide from a fire!“ Get out of a house that is on fire. Now that you know this lessen color Snuffy happy.	Page 4 Never play with matches or lighters. Matches and lighters are not toys. If you find matches or a lighter give them to your teacher, your mom or dad, or your guardian.

	Page 5 A smoke detector should always be on duty to warn you of a fire. Ask your parents or guardian to test for the loud sound a smoke detector makes. If you ever hear that sound, get out of the house quickly.	Page 6 Always have at least two ways out of a house in case of fire. Never open a door if it feels warm to the back of your hand. Fire could be on the other side.
